Step 1

Our ancestors have soft skin thanks to using a body scrub regularly. you can do the same! Mix the zest of l1 lemon with 2 teaspoons of bran in a small muslin bag. Boil it in a 1 litre of water for 30 minutes. Add this water to your bath. After soaking for 15 minutes, rub yourself with the muslin bag. This will get rid of all the dead skin cells.

  • Apply raw honey to your face and neck, leave it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. This simple remedy will make your skin soft and smooth.
  • Another option is to mix an egg white with honey and apply it to your face for 20 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and a delicate soap to remove the smell from the egg white.
  • You can also make a thick paste with three teaspoons of honey and one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply it to your face and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash it off with lukewarm water.

Plenty of sleep is essential to make you healthy. Good sleep habits are necessary for beautiful and soft skin. Lack of proper sleep can leave your skin dull, dehydrated and wrinkled. Getting adequate sleep is one of the most important things to get glowing skin.
You should develop a regular bedtime schedule to get beautiful skin. Keep in mind that you should sleep with hair tied back, this will prevent your skin pores from clogging as hair oils residue can because of skin pores blocking, which can lead to blackheads and dull skin.
