I created this website to help people struggling to build muscle and lose weight and to motivate and encourage them to get in the best shape of their life. If I can do it, then so can you! With over 10 years training I know exactly what it takes to build muscle, burn fat, increase strength, get fit and healthy and ultimately stay in shape all year round (without killing yourself in the gym or going on a super strict diet). I first join Manu Coaching program while I was preparing to ride in an amateur horse race, which requires a lot of core, leg and arm strength. Manu is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after just three sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference
I really enjoyed my session with Manu – he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. He’s also really encouraging and doesn’t make you feel crap like a lot of personal trainers – telling me to focus on toning my arms and improving posture for my wedding day rather than saying I needed to lose a load of weight.
I was running out of new challenging exercises for my strength sessions. I wanted to build more muscle mass and strength but without compromising my cardio. Manu gave me a whole new approach to try with much heavier weights and slower movements. He goes through diet breakdown in great detail too, It’s great to see a trainer taking a holistic approach!

Every 4 weeks I will review your workout logs and progress pictures. You and I will discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 4 week phase is accurate and going to keep getting you results.
Every individual is different, what works for one may not work for another, that’s why I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to fitness. Your online training program and meal planner are created for you specifically, this means you’ll get better results, faster than you’ve ever experienced before
