In the member area you will find my exercise video library which includes instructional videos for each exercise in your training
As a members you will have 24/7 support through my in-house fitness staff, you can also email me one on one and I’ll get right back to you as soon as possible.
4 Week review
Every 4 weeks I will review your workout logs and progress pictures. You and I will discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure the next 4 week phase is accurate and going to keep getting you results.

I first join Manu Coaching programm while I was preparing to ride in an amateur horse race, which requires a lot of core, leg and arm strength. Scott is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after just three sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference
